Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract; you are obligated to pay for the items you order.

We do our best to inspect products from various farms and producers; however, we do not open or inspect all boxes packed at a supplier's facility. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality products, and we require our producers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that our farmers employ a variety of growing methods, both organic and conventional. As a result, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".
