Grimshaw Farms is located on the shored of Lake Ontario in Henderson, NY. Next Generation Creamery bottles A2A2 milk from Grimshaw Dairy Farm. Our milk is easier to digest, due to the A2A2 protein produced by our cows. Next Generation Creamery is family owned and operated, and aims to make easily digestible dairy products more widely available.
