Blake and Andrew Place, Hidden Pastures Goat Dairy grew up on dairy farms and hold Animal Science degrees from Cornell University. In Spring 2018, Blake and Andrew began producing premium-quality, farmstead goat's milk gelato's from their own herd of dairy goats. Their product has won them a legion of followers in NNY.
