Adirondack Beef Company offers Beef and Pork which is USDA inspected and NY 5A chicken and turkey along with free range brown eggs. They started raising Natural meats over 20 years ago and run a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) with meat as well as a wholesale and retail meat business. They offer shelf stable beef snack sticks, beef jerky and pepperoni sticks both wholesale and retail as well. Their farm is NYS Grown and Certified for Beef, Pork, Poultry and Maple products. They are BQA (Beef Quality Assurance) and PQA (Pork Quality Assurance) and certified as well as BQAT for livestock transport safety and handling best practices. Steve and Michele both have Bachelor's Degrees in Animal Science and have been in the Livestock business their whole lives.
