“Low and Slow, That’s How We Roll”
Josh Suiter, Owner, and a volunteer firefighter for 20 years, started Squishy’s BBQ & Catering LLC because he loves BBQ and wanted to bring his dream of owning his own catering/concession business to life. He strives to have the best smoked meats in the area. These include pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and sausage just to name a few. He does event catering of weddings, graduations, parties, luncheons, etc. all throughout the year, and you can find him running the concession trailer during the warmer months and at different events during the year such as Food Truck Fridays in Lowville, and the Lewis County and Boonville fairs. One of his top requested items is his pulled pork mac and cheese, a favorite for both catering and concessions.
Josh has been making his own BBQ sauces for years, and due to its rise in popularity, Squishy’s Sauceworks LLC was created, allowing him to have his two fan favorite BBQ sauces (Tangy and Blueberry Sriracha) available by the bottle.
